1. Regular WIDE Socks Dilute Your Compression By 57%. StretchKnit Delivers Every Single mmHg.
1. Regular WIDE Socks Dilute Your Compression By 57%. StretchKnit Delivers Every Single mmHg.
When a standard sock stretches over your swollen calf, the compression gradient collapses. You paid for 20-30 mmHg. You're getting maybe 8-15. StretchKnit is woven already wide — up to 32 inches — so every mmHg you paid for is actually working on your leg.
2. 15-20 mmHg graduated compression that actually works
2. Regular Compression Socks Were Never Built For Your Legs. StretchKnit Was Engineered For Nothing Else.
The perfect amount of squeeze. Tightest at your ankle, gets lighter as it goes up your leg. Boosts blood flow and fights tired legs without feeling bulky.
3. Regular Socks Create Pressure Points Where You Need Support Most. StretchKnit Eliminates Them.
3. Regular Socks Create Pressure Points Where You Need Support Most. StretchKnit Eliminates Them.
Stretched fabric doesn't distribute pressure evenly. It bunches, digs, and creates painful hotspots directly on swollen tissue. For lymphedema patients, that's not discomfort — that's damage. StretchKnit's pre-widened construction means consistent graduated compression with zero pressure points.
4. Regular Compression Socks Die After 10 Washes. StretchKnit Lasts 100+.
4. Regular Compression Socks Die After 10 Washes. StretchKnit Lasts 100+.
Standard fabric stretched beyond its designed width loses elasticity fast. After a handful of washes the compression is gone and you're just wearing an expensive sock. StretchKnit holds its full 20-30 mmHg compression through 100+ washes. Same compression on wash one as wash one hundred.
5. SAME RESULTS AS THE $120 PRESCRIPTION SOCKS BUT WITHOUT THE MARKUP
5. SAME RESULTS AS THE $120 PRESCRIPTION SOCKS BUT WITHOUT THE MARKUP
Medical-grade compression socks cost over $120 a pair when routed through a doctor's office or medical supply company. You're not paying for better fabric — you're paying for their markup. Beltwell uses the exact same medical-grade fabric and ships directly to your door. No middleman. No 5x markup. $29.99.
6. Regular Socks Roll Down Mid-Shift. StretchKnit Stays Put For 12 Hours Straight.
6. Regular Socks Roll Down Mid-Shift. StretchKnit Stays Put For 12 Hours Straight.
Nothing is more defeating than pulling your compression sock back up every hour during a 12-hour nursing shift. StretchKnit's anti-slip grip band was engineered specifically for wide calves that standard sock bands simply slide off. Once it's on, it stays on.
7. Regular Socks Guess At Your Size. StretchKnit Is Built For Calves Up To 32 Inches.
7. Regular Socks Guess At Your Size. StretchKnit Is Built For Calves Up To 32 Inches.
Wide calf sizing on most brands is a lie. They stretch a medium and call it wide. StretchKnit accommodates calves up to 32 inches without sacrificing a single mmHg of compression. Your size isn't an afterthought. It's the starting point.
8. Regular Socks Make You Choose Between Comfort And Compression. StretchKnit Gives You Both.
8. Regular Socks Make You Choose Between Comfort And Compression. StretchKnit Gives You Both.
No itchy fabric means comfort even on sensitive skin. No thick padding keeps them slim for tight shoes. Luxury feel that actually works.
9. Regular Socks Are All The Same Sock With A Different Name. StretchKnit Is The Only One Built Differently.
9. Regular Socks Are All The Same Sock With A Different Name. StretchKnit Is The Only One Built Differently.
Every brand you've tried on Amazon — different logo, same factory, same stretched standard fabric, same failure. Beltwell is the only company that engineered a completely different fabric construction for wide calves from the ground up. That's not marketing. That's why 100,000 people with wide calves switched and never went back.
10. Regular Socks Give You A Drawer Full Of Failed Attempts. StretchKnit Ends The Search For Good.
10. Regular Socks Give You A Drawer Full Of Failed Attempts. StretchKnit Ends The Search For Good.
You know the drawer. Full of compression socks that rolled down, dug in, lost their compression, or never fit right in the first place. Every pair representing money wasted and hope lost. StretchKnit is the last compression sock you'll ever need to buy.

BELTWELL Customer Reviews
4.8/5.0 (Based on 1000+ reviews)
The best wide compression socks that work
Ive tried all the cheap compression socks out there and most of them are 15-20 mmHg but for my severe swelling, that's not enough. Beltwell works in both size and give my legs enough compression with their 20-30 mmHg compression. And their Stretchknit fabric is extremely breathable and comfortable to wear all day. The only socks I can wear without problems.

Better than the $200 dollar compression socks
I used to wear the super expensive compression socks but they needed to be replaced multiple times per year because the compression got weaker. These compression socks from Beltwell deliver even better compression because of the fabric and costs way less and I don't go broke when needing to replace them.

FInally, socks that fit up to 32 inches
My legs are almost 30 inches and I've never been able to wear other compression socks other than the Beltwell socks. I've wasted so much money on compression products and I gave up. I saw these on Facebook and was super sceptical but they worked better than expected.

They literally make my legs feel like new
I stand all day at work and I've tried most compression socks. These are the only socks that stay in place because of the rubber bands on top which also make them super easy to pull up.

These give real compression unlike others
All the other compression socks I've tired were more like comfortable socks but gave no relief for my swollen aching legs. These Beltwell socks actually feels comfortable AND shrinks my legs and makes my legs less painful at the end of the day when I come back from my long shifts.

Super easy to put on because of the unique rubber bands
The only compression socks I can pull up myself and not be dependent on others. Finally, someone who gets it. Most companies reduce the compression level on the socks to make them easier to put on but that literally removes the biggest reason why you're wearing them - TO GET COMPRESSION!. Beltwell kept the high proper 20-30 compression but added rubber bands to make the easier to pull on without compromising on the most important reason why we even wear them.

My left felt extremely good with these on during my long shifts as a nurse and thank God these are breatheable and doesn't go hot like the other socks I've tried.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from regular compression socks?
Most compression socks for wide calves just stretch standard fabric wider — which kills the compression. Beltwell's StretchKnit is engineered wide from the start, so you get real 20–30 mmHg graduated compression that actually stays in place and works all day.
What compression level are these socks?
Hollow Compression Socks provide 15-20 mmHg of graduated compression. The sweet spot that's medically effective for circulation support while remaining comfortable for all-day wear. Firmest at the ankle, gradually decreasing up the leg.
Are these actually easy to put on?
This is our most common feedback. Hollow Compression Socks are dramatically EASIER to put on than traditional compression stockings. The alpaca fiber has a natural glide. Customers who struggled with pharmacy compression consistently say Hollow is "life-changing."
Will these make my feet too hot?
This is the #1 complaint about compression socks, and the #1 reason we chose alpaca fiber. The hollow-core structure is naturally THERMOREGULATING. Customers wear these in 100°F heat with zero overheating. The hollow cores create natural ventilation that synthetic compression cannot match.
Can I wear these for medical conditions?
Hollow Compression Socks are designed for general wellness, circulation support, and comfort during extended standing, sitting, or travel. Many customers with neuropathy, edema, diabetes, and other circulation concerns report excellent results. We always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider for specific medical needs.
Will these fit my large calves?
Yes! We specifically designed Wide Calf options because traditional compression ignores larger legs. Our Wide Calf compression accommodates calf circumferences up to 24" in XL. Proper sizing is crucial—check our size guide.
How long does the compression last?
Unlike cheap compression that stretches out after a month, Hollow's alpaca fiber has 50% higher tensile strength than merino wool. Customers report the 15-20 mmHg compression maintaining effectiveness for 12+ months of regular wear.
Do I have to wash these every day?
No. Alpaca fiber is naturally antimicrobial. Customers routinely wear Hollow Compression Socks for multiple days without odor. The hollow-core structure doesn't allow bacteria to colonize the way synthetic fibers do.
Where are these made?
Alpaca fiber sourced from certified Peruvian farmers. Manufactured in North Carolina, USA on state-of-the-art Lonati knitting machines. Designed in Wisconsin. American-made quality.
What if I do not like them?
99-Day Money Back Guarantee. Try Hollow Compression Socks risk-free. If you don't love them for any reason, let us know and we'll handle it. No hassle. No questions asked.
