We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You can open the package and try the product without affecting the return process.
Order Cancelation
Once your order is shipped out, then it cannot be canceled anymore. You need to cancel your order within 12 hours after your order was made if you want to cancel it.
We can't cancel your order once it has been picked up by the shipping company. Once you have a tracking number, it's shipped out from our warehouse.
If you want a return it once it is shipped out, you will need to return the item to us for a full refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
